• Your name and email address, when you sign up through our website to stay in touch.
• Your name, email address, and the date/time you select, when you book a free Spanish & Culture Session.
• Any information you choose to share with us directly by email or WhatsApp.

By submitting the signup form or the booking form, you consent to us collecting and using your information as described in this policy.

How we use this information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you a welcome message and, if you opt in, occasional updates about our programs.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage your free Spanish & Culture Session.
• Respond to questions you send us directly.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of trusted tools to run this site and our booking process. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:

Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and how people arrive here. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information, which may include your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit on this site.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or pixels. We may add tools such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel in the future to measure the performance of our ads; if we do, this policy will be updated with a revised effective date.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers named above, as needed to operate this website and deliver our services.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and communicate with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

International data transfers

Mailchimp, Calendly, and Google are based in the United States. When you use our signup form, book a session, or simply browse this site, your information is processed by these providers outside of Panama, under their own security and privacy safeguards.

Your rights

Under Panama’s Law 81 of 2019 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, oppose, and request portability of your personal information (the «ARCOP» rights). You can exercise any of these rights at any time by contacting us at ie799410@gmail.com. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old.
